Become a Swim Official – The Best Seat in the House!
Want to be part of the action? Swim Officials play a vital role in making every meet safe, fair, and fun for our athletes. No experience is necessary, anyone can learn! Opportunities include Stroke & Turn Officials, Starters, and Meet Referees, with training provided through USA Swimming clinics, the rule book, and hands-on mentoring. TEXE will help cover your first officials required USA Swim uniform shirt.
The best part? You can volunteer as much or as little as you'd like. Work an entire meet, or a single session, and choose meets that fit your family's schedule. And being an official counts towards your family volunteer requirement hours.
As an Official, you'll have a front-row view of your swimmer's races while making a meaningful impact on every athlete's experience. It's a rewarding way to stay involved, learn more about the sport, and create lasting memories alongside your child.
The more TEXE swim officials on deck, will help to run more of our own sanctioned meets, creating more opportunities for your swimmer to compete with the advantage of our home pool.
